Slamnato žute boje sa zelenkastim odsjajem. Miris tipičan i fin, voćni i cvjetni. Izražen cvijet bagrema, bazge i grejpa, upotpunjeno herbalnim notama. Suho, svježe, zaokruženo, uravnoteženo i harmonično, s određenom notom slanosti i karakterističnom sortnom gorčinom.
