Straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, with typical nice smell, fruity and floral, smell of acacia flower, elderflower and grapefruit, complemented by herbal notes, dry, fresh, round, balanced and harmonious, with a hint of saltiness and bitterness characteristically for this variety.
