1. General information

By booking a wine tasting at the tasting room and wine bar of OPG Ivan Damjanić, you confirm that you are familiar with these terms and that you accept them in full. Bookings can be made via our website, by e-mail or by telephone.

2. Booking confirmation

A booking becomes valid only once it has been confirmed by us in writing (by e-mail or message). For groups of 6 or more people, we may request a deposit to confirm the booking.

3. Arrival and late arrival

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled tasting. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that the tasting will be held in full. If you are running late or unable to come, please notify us as soon as possible on +385 91 239 9995.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, any deposit paid is non-refundable.

5. Changing your booking

Changes of date or time are possible subject to availability, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before the booked time.

6. Children and pets

Children and pets are welcome when accompanied by adults, in accordance with the safety rules of the wine bar and tasting room. Pets are not permitted in the winery production area.

7. Safety and conduct

We kindly ask guests to treat the premises, our staff and other guests with respect during their visit. OPG Ivan Damjanić reserves the right to refuse service to anyone visibly under the influence of alcohol or behaving inappropriately.

8. Special notes

If you have any special dietary requirements or health concerns, please let us know in advance. In the event of poor weather or exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to change the tasting location (indoor/outdoor) or to reschedule the appointment.

9. Processing of personal data

Data collected when making a booking is used solely for the purpose of organising tastings and communicating with guests, in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation (GDPR). Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.
