Clemente Blanc

Straw yellow with golden reflections. Crystal clear and dense.
A complex bouquet, dominated by expressive fruity aromas of ripe apple, peach, and pear, floral notes of acacia and wildflowers, and delicate aromas of toasted hazelnuts and hay.
On the palate, it is fresh, warm, soft, and saline. Rich and well-rounded, very persistent.
An exceptionally complex and elegant wine, a true “Istrian Burgundy.”
